Each of us comes to Mindfulness practice with our own wealth of rich and unique experience, and our own particular knots and habit patterns that cause us pain and difficulty in our lives. In mentoring, Aubrey offers one-to-one online teaching tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
Is Mentoring Right For You?
Mentoring can meet and work with challenges in your Mindfulness practice. It can be a space to intimately deepen or broaden your meditation practice. It can support you to develop a daily practice through regular check-ins with a teacher. Mentoring is an opportunity to explore what most moves you in the infinitely deepening Mindfulness teachings. You can explore the Four Foundations of Mindfulness with Aubrey in all their richness and variety as they apply to your life and being.
Mentoring is suitable for:
- Those who have taken part in one of Aubrey's Mindfulness courses or workshops and who want to develop or deepen their practice
- Those new to Mindfulness who prefer tailored one-to-one learning
- Those with an existing Mindfulness practice who would like to refresh, enliven, unstick, or deepen their practice
- Those for whom learning in a group is challenging, for example those with some trauma history *
